TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before the Shoot/Event

  • All bookings must be paid in full by the client at least two days prior to the shoot/event via bank transfer. Otherwise, cash payments must be paid in full at the start of the shoot/event upon the photographer's arrival.

  • Cancellation of bookings are accepted and refundable until 24 hours prior to the shoot/event. Any cancellations after this time will only be 50% refundable. If the client reschedules their shoot/event (within the 24 hours prior to the shoot/event) to a time or date when the photographer is not available, the booking remains 50% refundable.

During the Shoot/Event

  • If the client has chosen to pay by cash, this must be done in full upon the photographer's arrival. If for any reason the payment is unsuccessful, the photographer retains the right to leave the shoot/event immediately.

  • Based on the activity level of the shoot/event, if the photographer believes they have captured all aspects of the shoot/event, the photographer may leave sooner than the shoot/event end time. This will be discussed prior to the photographer's departure to ensure both parties are in agreement.

After the Shoot/Event

  • Following the shoot/event, we will inspect, edit and watermark (unless selected otherwise) all photos taken before sending the best photos to the client. Note: For events, the client can expect a minimum of 50 photos per hour that the photographer has been booked.

  • The high-quality, professional photos will then be uploaded onto a Google Drive album - the link for which will be sent to the client's email within seven days after the shoot/event. The client will then be provided instructions to assist in downloading the album to their computer. Photos will be removed from the Google Drive album after one month.

  • Upon our discretion, some photos may be used as promotional material on our social media platforms. The client may request if a particular image is wanted to be removed.

  • The client may select to receive their photos without the 'Ultimage Photography' watermark. This will attract an additional cost (refer to the Booking page). This applies only to the photos sent to the client via Google Drive. The watermark will still appear on photos used as promotional material on our social media platforms.

  • In the unlikely event that we do not deliver to any of the above terms and conditions, the client may be entitled to a pro rata refund.
